Before you query

Keep your encrypted ID intact and private. It acts as the access key for revisiting that exact task.

User-Generated Data Policy

How CEMP handles submitted data, calculation outputs, and eligible research results.

Ownership

Users and the CEMP platform jointly retain ownership of submitted data and associated intellectual property.

30-day retention

Input files and calculation outputs are retained for 30 days after task completion and are subsequently permanently deleted.

Quality-controlled exception

As an exception, quality-controlled quantum chemical results of geometry-optimization may be anonymized, standardized, incorporated into the CEMP database, and used for future model development.

Use your encrypted task ID to retrieve the latest execution status and available outputs.

Finished tasks will return downloadable result links.
Pending or queuing tasks can be revisited later using the same encrypted ID.
Failed tasks will show the recorded error log for troubleshooting.

Important troubleshooting note: If an error is encountered, you are strongly encouraged to first consult the Agent for an initial interpretation and troubleshooting guidance. If the issue remains unresolved, please submit a ticket so that the administrators may investigate the case in detail.

The Query page and encrypted-ID status checker are publicly accessible without registration or login. To protect submitted research data, the platform never exposes a browsable task list to anonymous visitors.
